Microsoft presenta i due tablet Surface con Windows 8

Microsoft announces two Surface tablets with Windows 8

Interessanti novità da Microsoft! Si tratta dei due tablet Surface: Surface for Windows RT e Surface for Windows Pro. In particolare, quest'ultimo è un vero e proprio PC Intel, che utilizza quindi la versione standard di Windows 8. Per intenderci, la stessa che verrà utilizzata su PC desktop, portatili, ecc.

I tablet Surface sono dotati di display ClearType 10.6" Gorilla Glass (full HD per la versione Windows Pro), Wi-fi molto potente, porta USB standard, fotocamere posteriore e frontale, slot microSD e... stand integrato! Saranno disponibili anche due covers "interattive", in diversi colori: Touch Cover, spessa 3 mm, integra una tastiera multitouch e touchpad; Type Cover, con tasti fisici e touchpad, spessa 5 mm. Altro accessorio è la digital ink Pen: quando è molto vicina, Surface riceve input solo da essa, escludendo quindi dita, palmo della mano, ecc.

Surface Windows RT è spesso solo 9.3 mm e pesa 676 g. Sarà disponibile nelle versioni da 32 e 64 GB. Surface Windows Pro ha spessore di 13.5 mm 903 g di peso. Versioni: 64 e 128 GB. Minisito ufficiale: click.

ENGLISH:: Microsoft just unveiled two interesting tablets: Surface for Windows RT and Surface for Windows Pro. The latter comes equipped with standard Windows 8 OS, the same for desktop PCs and notebooks.
Both tablets sport ClearType 10.6" Gorilla Glass display (Windows Pro version's one is full HD), powerful Wi-fi, standard USB port, two cameras, microSD slot and built-in stand. Accessories: Touch Cover (cover with integrated multitouch keyboard and touchpad), Type Cover (with tactile keyboard and touchpad) and digital ink Pen with Palm Block (Surface will take input only from the Pen if it's very close).
