Spellcasting after an Enemy Dies [Link >>]

Rukkirii>> We’ve been receiving feedback about magic spells not being canceled until the end of the cast time when enemies die mid-cast. We wanted to explain our reasons behind why we do not have any plans on changing this system in version 2.0:
  • Canceling magic is easy due to the fact that simply moving will interrupt casting
  • MP will not be consumed if an enemy has been defeated
  • Besides the time spent casting, there isn't any downside

Moogle and Ifrit weapons not to be traded for seals? [Link >>]

Camate>> Greetings! In patch 1.23 players will be able to trade in weapons obtained from Good King Moggle Mog XII for Grand Company seals as we will be adding these to the array of items that can be delivered for Expeditionary Missions.
As mentioned previously when adding the Ifrit weapons, we will continue to evaluate items from other content that can be traded in the future.

Oops, I Made a Materia! [Link >>]

Camate>> I’d like to pass on a quick bit of info for our players who are worried about accidentally materia converting precious gear such as primal weapons or equipment melded with multiple materia.
While there is already a confirmation window when converting, we feel there is still some room to add measures to prevent accidental conversion (due to misclicks, getting caught up in the heat of the moment when you’re on a conversion roll, etc., etc.) and heading towards version 2.0 we will be looking into countermeasure options.

Spellcasting after an Enemy Dies [Link >>]

Camate>> If you are curious about canceling spell casting in version 2.0 and whether there will be a specific key for this, we will be making it possible to cancel casting by pressing the jump key which will default to the space bar.
In regards to all of the feedback and follow-up questions about the OP, we will be sure to pass it on to the Development Team. :)

Increase the amount of items listed on the Market Wards [Link >>]

Camate>> Greetings! After checking with the version 2.0 UI team, they mentioned that there are no plans to increase the amount of items that players can list on the Market Ward; however, their focus for the new UI is to make it much easier and less stressful to sell items. This will primarily be accomplished via the drag and drop feature and option settings that disable confirmation widgets. After seeing a demonstration of the selling process I can tell you that it looked very smooth compared to the current system.

Linkshell Buff [Link >>]

Camate>> Definitely a lot of neat suggestions for buffs!
I tried to get some info out of the battle team and they mentioned that party bonuses will be revised in 2.0, but as to what will be included in this I cannot yet say! We will be sure to update you with this information as version 2.0 draws closer :)

Oops, I Made a Materia! [Link >>]

Camate>> I converted myself into a materia once. I got better though!
